Surprised by Sam Kashani and team. Damage to my friend's S550 that he purchased from there with my suggestion. I was told that a porter hitting his car was my fault. I was not offered insurance information. I was promised their procedures and put off. The service manager Ryan never introduced himself after the incident. Jag, the service advisor, was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to the 30K mile maintenance check on my 2015 E350. Brought the car in at 7:30am and it was ready by 10am. Ramon, the courtesy shuttle driver, was very friendly and punctual. Thank you for the great service.
I received a 10% coupon in the mail for any service my E350 needed. I called to make the appointment and was told the A5 service was $199. When I showed up for my appointment, the cost of the A5 service with tax was $206. When I mentioned the 10% coupon, I was told that was already factored in their $199 price. This makes no sense at all. Not sure if I'll be going back to this dealership in the future for any service to my car.
