Absolutely a great dealership if you want to purchase your Mercedes. I was in and out of the dealership buying my new car in 90 minutes. The guys were courteous, hassle-free professionals and did everything for me that I was looking for. Classic bait & switch dealership. Was promised a 12 month cpo warranty on a preowned s class. Was dealing with and in constant communication with the sales person for a whole week . We are 15 mins from the dealership and the sales person sends me a text saying the car does not have a warranty . Had they been honest and upfront I would’ve factored in the cost of an after market warranty and still bought the car. They didn’t do that and didn’t budge on the price either.
