My father owns a 1998 E320, which he bought brand new in '98 from the House of Imports. He takes extremely good care of the car, inside and out. Craig was our representative who managed the service work. My dad hadn't been to House of Imports for a while, as he had mechanics locally take care of his needs. Sales man Jim was great. However trying to get ahold of anyone in finance was a big challenge. My partner and I purchased a vehicle, we never got any information as to who picked up our loan. I called multiple times and left multiple messages so that I could find out who we needed to send a paymdnt to. 3 days later no one returned my call. "Mind u I called the following two days as well."
