These guys try hard to please. When the occasional problem pops up, my service advisor Christian M. always gets me in quickly and provides a nice loan car so I can go about my day.
We bought our GLK350 here in Buena Park location and we always have our service here. Services always meet our satisfaction. Employee are attainable, helpful, pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.

Harry Reid has been the best Customer Service agent in the service department. He treats one like one really matters. He cares about his customers. I have been in for Service about 4 times (with other service people) since I bought my C300 in 2015 and I have to say, Harry will keep me coming back for service.
