This is my second purchase of a new Mercedes from House of Imports. My experience in buying my new car was smooth and effortless. From the time I walked into the showroom, I was immediately attended by salesperson, who assisted me in finding the car with the specs I wanted. Bought my car last week, had a very positive experience. Salesman was Cyrus Moatazedi. He has checked on us since then to make sure all is well. Has volunteered to program my garage door opener for me as well. Such a nice gentleman. Process was painless. Also met the G M and of course the money guy, Boomer, to sign all the papers. Boy am I unhappy with house of imports . If you want the WORST Customer service then buy here!!!!! All I can say I was hung on up twice by MOE . Then I called back and Steven did the same thing . Then you would have thought that was the worst of it !!!! Then Jeff called me today and was the rudest that you could ever be . Only if they new my CLS 550 was totaled and I need to buy a new car do you think I am going to buy from you NEVER !!!!!!!!'
