Alan is a fantastic service advisor. The atmosphere is nice. Fast, friendly and everyone is helpful. And they cleaned 2700 miles worth of bugs off my baby like it was nothing. I am always happy with the service at House of Imports.
This was the worst buying experience of my life. I purchased a vehicle in January and was sent home without any official license plates, assured they would arrive once the paperwork was settled. It is currently July 20, 2020 and I purchased the vehicle in the beginning of January. I STILL DO NOT HAVE PLATES FROM THIS DEALER. Once the sale was completed, they offered the bare minimum amount of support and refused to return or answer my calls. I had to wait 4.5 hours for the installment of 4 tires, they need more employees for the demand of services.

Horrible customer service! They have the shoddiest individuals working in their sales department who will try to rip you off. They will sell you a car with mechanical issues and refuse to return your calls when you're inquiring about those issues. Will never buy from this dealership and would advise others to reconsider and go somewhere else!
