Hopefully they will have better customer service after the sale! Been over a month tried to contact finance dept regarding warranty and service contract, but nobody even reply email or return phone calls from customer service dept!
I have a airbag recall replacement. No issue. Driver took me home. All good.

Last week was the first time I took my car to House of Imports for a maintenance service because I just moved into the area. Easy appointment process. I arrived, dropped-off my car and was escorted to my loaner in a matter of minutes. I really had the feeling that they were ready for me to arrive. Everyone was courteous, efficient and Marcus Lombardo is the best Service Advisor ever. I also spoke to the Service Manager and he we great to work with. I will definitely be bringing my car to them in the future. Highly recommend.
