Excellent service. We’ve been going to Jag and he is always helpful and nice and he is the best.
I normally don’t make any comments about services rendered, however, this would be the exception. The service received was very good, the service person Adan was helpful when I dropped my car for service check and to get 4 new tires. When the car was ready, I went to pick up the car and the service person did not go with me to get my car. I think that the service personnel should be more courteous with their customers at the time of picking up theirs cars.
I purchased my vehicle through James Ononui and my experience was fantastic. Told him what I wanted and my vehicle was found. He had everything ready for me so all I had to do on the day of was to sign some quick document and I was done. Fast and easy, just how I like it (especially at dealerships)!
