The employees and the service are excellent. Sales lady’s/ Man they are friendly and helpful. Seventeen years ago when I bought the ML 430 from this dealership it was also used car.
Yesterday was my first experience with the service department at House of Imports. Team Huang and Jeff Chung provided EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend them to all interested in a Mercedes-Benz.
This is probably my 7th or 8th leased vehicle through House of Imports. They make the process so simple and virtually pain free. I have no need to visit another Mercedes dealer.
Everytime I go in for service , I get the VIP treatment, I recommend ADAM to be ur service tech !!!!! I’m Glad to have a Dealership that I can trust .

Advised at 7:30 it would take an hour and half to two hours. Well others cane and went, got loaner cars and not until i called upset at 1pm was it ready all while sitting waiting. Missing 7 hours of work at Disneyland because i called in that i was going to make it in by 1pm. Getting suspended 2 days because i service that should of bern done by 10 or even 11am was not done until 1pm. I earn $15.50 and work hard to pay my car repairs and to loose work hours and get crappy service and wwre offered 'car washing' for my trouble... read more
