Excellent customer service without exception!
Apparently when you pull into the service department they only approach and provide service to certain people. Watches them assist everyone else but me and after waiting 10 minute I approached someone who only showed me where all the service providers sit & I had to locate on my own the person I had an appointment with. Meanwhile they continued providing personalized service to certain people. Sit outside not in the lounge there are maskless people coughing and seemingly no big deal.

Don't bother trying to get anyone to answer their phone, or call you back in a timely fashion. Staff won't answer the phone.... they just see your caller ID and continue route you to a voicemail. VERY poor customer communications. Makes me want to return the car.

Great service from the sales team and the finance team helping me for the financing process of my purchase, specially from Erwin Artacho and Kevin Sanchez.
