I've rented my home through House and Co since 2020 and as a letting agent they have always been friendly, reliable, and quick to find solutions if there have been any issues. Dave and the team are very responsive through emails. My only qualm is that they do a lot of inspections of the house (around every 3 months) which I think is excessive but they insist this is for safety checks like checking the fire alarms are still working rather than checking up on me.
