Awful experience. I would avoid at all costs. Poor level of customer service, ok cleaning job, however lots of things missed and 4 hours late. As you can see from previous reviews, this isn’t the first time and certainly won’t be the last.. just don’t be that person

Avoid! Customer service levels you receive from Andy (the manager) is appalling. Andy is the person that you communicate with regarding your clean, and he is majorly lacking any customer service skills. The clean - was ok. However they arrived 4 hours late Nd between her and Andy, they came up with multiple excuses as to the reasons why they were late. A lot of the basics that you would expect from a clean were missed. Do not use under any circumstances. I booked them for a deep clean of a 3 bed house at the cost of £130. I was not paying them per hour. They were supposed to arrive at 1pm. They didn't come til near 5pm. They put in under 2.5 hours of work interspersed with multiple cigarette breaks. They didn't even hoover all the rooms let alone polish them or anything that would warrant a surface clean let alone a deep clean by anybody standards.
