The OT called Timea , is NOT articulate . I could not understand what she is talking about . She said , “pen shall..? “ Me : pencil ? U mean ? She then got upset turn around on me : “you need translator !!!.” Her attitude is very rude. Always interrupting others when talking . Timea is the worst NHS experience in whole south west london , for us . I tried to be polite : could you perhaps email me ? So that I could visualise what you said ? She : no !!!! Our rules !! I am so proud of Noori Rehman my child health visitor without any much explanation About our need she help us so much she tried to give her maximum help, time and advice to reduce our stress, she was like a Samaritan send by GOD. Her great help made our journey very easy. I wish her a best of luck in her carrier. The best midwife ever we found hvg kids born in this country. Thank you so much.

Wow! HRCH seem to do amazing work. They and their team are an example to others in healthcare. My father was admitted to A&E on Wednesday and an x-ray revealed a broken foot. On Thursday a phenomenally helpful nurse attended at this home and assessed his needs. Today, Friday, a wonderful human being visited to give him a raised loo seat and to double check his other seating needs. Hamid Tipu was a true gentleman.
