Sellers (and buyers) beware. In my opinion this agency does NOT have your best interest in mind. The realtor will come to your house, set the asking price with no intention of actually taking it to market. Why? Because she will give the home owner a purchase agreement for herself and the home will never actually be listed. Normally you could go to the broker with a grievance about this type of practice, however, in this case the realtor IS the broker.
