I’ve been with them for nearly 12 months & always been well looked after if there was ever a problem. Recommend them to family who also now rent with them without any issues.
I had rented through Houghton Homes for 7 years. The initial acceptance and referencing was stress free. Since then, any maintenance issues have been dealt with very swifly between the agent and the landlord. All the ladies at Houghton Homes are nothing but friendly and helpful. Thanks once again. Would give less stars if possible. They were working next door, in which they damaged our fence by ripping out beautiful trees which didn't need to come out for the build, fence still hasn't been fixed 5 months later. They came back to connect an underground water main through our fence line, ruined our lawn and haven't done a thing to remedy it.
