I had my car impounded today and taken to this garage which was fine the recovery driver was fine but what I was very disappointed in was someone had been sat in my passenger side and left the seat reclined how I know this my wife keeps it in the same position for her bad back. There should have been no reason for anyone getting into the passenger side of my vehicle and adjusting the seat as the recovery driver was alone

Horrible service given - very unorganised and rude staff - they have broken my car and scraped it - I have to hold my wheel at a 90degree angle to drive in a straight line
I had my van towed away following some woke nimby complaint that it was causing an obstruction. As an ex cop I am confident it wasn't so wasn't particularly chuffed at having to pay the hidden "fine" to get my vehicle back. The two ladies on reception were very kind, pleasant and helpful. They must be on the receiving end of a lot of abuse so my sympathies go to them. Hopefully I won't see them again but meant in the kindest way possible :-P
