Simon is totally professional, friendly, and helpful. He came to connect Hive to my boiler and to connect a tap and waste, which I had supplied, to a new vanity unit. The Hive kit had a technical issue in that the serial number wasn't recognised, but Simon patiently went through the issue with Hive on the phone and got everything sorted. It took a bit longer than usual, but he charged what he quoted. I can thoroughly recommend Simon and Hotter Homes. Extremely professional, friendly, honest and reasonably priced for the excellent no fuss service he provided. I needed a quick repair to a radiator that required new inlet valves fitted. Simon went out his way to help me and responded quickly and most effectively. A credit to his trade.

Terrifically helpful! After our heating system seized up on a very cold Friday morning Simon was able to pop by later in the day, and quickly found the issue (some gunked up valves) and solve the problem. As well as quickly doing a service and sorting out some other hinky bits (expansion vessel on the blink too). We had heating again by tea time and a warm weekend ahead. Top happy with promptness, speed, friendliness, capability and cost. Great job, thanks!
