I made a reservation via Booking. 3 days ago, I just wanted to reconfirm whether they have shuttle bus to the airport or not, but up till now, No any response! Email from Booking told me that I can call them!! I have to make an international call just for such a simple question???!! I get to be confused: Is this a hotel to provide service? They have already blocked the total expense from my credit card, but cannot answer such an easy question??!! Day 4 in this hotel. Well situated and nice interior. Clean and breakfast is nice. On 2nd night we get a note in bedroom door saying equipment in kitchen is broken, so no breakfast in hotel until it is fixed, when asked when it would be fixed we get told Monday or before,we go home Monday,and no apology from staff for this issue just a piece of paper through door. Night 4 and at 5.10am we are awoken by a fire alarm. The fire director announces 4 times in different languages it is a false alarm. This went on for a 20 minutes.... read more
