Beautiful hotel,beautiful people! We just spent ten wonderful days here. They welcomed us with a bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary, so thoughtful. Breakfast was brilliant for the kids and for us. Perfect location and spectacular views, thank you so much to everyone at the Riu, we can't imagine staying anywhere else in NY!
Fabulous hotel in a great location just off Times Square. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bedrooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!!

Wir sind heute zurück gekommen . Es war eine unglaublich tolle Woche. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich Traumhaft . Super gelegen , stylisch , sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, super sauber . Schon am Eingang riecht es so nach Luxus . Die Zimmer sind sehr schön . Die Aussicht unbeschreiblich . Zum Frühstück kann ich nur sagen , erste Klasse. Wir werden wieder kommen .
