Ottima posizione, tra times square e restaurant row , stupenda vista . Camera pulita e moderna non grandissima. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Concierge ottima .
Beautiful hotel just 1 block away from Times Square. The staff was very friendly. I gave 3 stars because my room is on the 6th floor overlooking 8th Ave and there is SO MUCH street noise. I’m exhausted anyway from a wonderful trip exploring NYC, but sleeping was very hard to do with constant sirens, horns, and loud buses passing through. Request a room on a higher floor or not facing the Avenue! **edited to add: my cell didn’t get great reception in room so my husband called the room and I was charged $10 for the call. I like how they sneak the $13.06 per day “facility fee” in there. Make sure you read all the fine print. I booked over the phone and was not told about this fee until I got to the hotel. Last time I will stay at the RIU anywhere. It’s too bad because I usually love the hotels.
Tan moderno que ni bañera tienen. Cuando la pedí me dijeron que no tenían (tengo un bebé y me costo mucho bañarlo). Quise comprar una gaseosa a las 9 de la noche y me cerraron la puerta del lugar en la cara. Nunca más vuelvo a este RIU una vergüenza
