Excelente todo!!! Sea personal, habitacion, ubicacion, etc...
Hotel moderne, confortable et bien placé (à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de Times Square). Très bonne prise en charge par un personnel agréable et en nombre. Petit déj. bon et varié servi coté bar de l'hotel ou dans la grande salle du restaurant. Cette même salle qui par un jeu de lumière tamisé se transforme le soir en un restaurant chic et moderne. Cuisine excellente et personnel attentif.
The breakfast awful. The food frozen, not fresh, the coffee didn't taste good. The reception very bad. The people rude and no willing to help.

Stayed here last year and loved it. Staying here again in November, would not stay anywhere else.
La habitación magnífica!!!! Y con unas vistas desde el piso 28 a Times Square fabulosas!!! El desayuno inmejorable!!!! Y la atención del personal perfecto!!!! Y como vamos a volver de nuevo.....Ya sabemos en donde nos vamos alojar!!!
