No volvería nunca más a ningún hotel Riu! Fui a muchos de sus hoteles y jamás había tenido ningún problema. En mi estadía en Times Square no solo que no me resolvieron el problema sino que la MANAGER nunca se levantó de su silla para venir a darme una respuesta y por supuesto dieron la cara los chicos de front desk. Y claramente no es un hotel 4 estrellas. No hay relación en el servicio con el precio que cobran.
Es un hotel moderno ,limpio ,el desayuno muy bueno. Las habitaciones preciosas con unas vistas espectaculares y que decir de el enclave , Broadway con times squaere.perfecto

Pasamos nuestra luna de miel hace dos meses ally y volveria a repetir... el hotel una pasada,moderno,limpio y personal muy agradable... el desayuno riquisimo y con muchaa variedad, encima tuvieron el detalle de ponernos en la planta 30 para tener unas vistas magnificas y nos dejaron un detalle por ser recien casados... ubicacion muy buena a un paso de time square y de los musicales... algun dia volveremos....
Myself family and friend stayed here for a long weekend only home today � I loved the hotel, staff were amazing fun and helpful. I had great crack with them all the time could not find a fault. The room was very clean and also the hotel. Shower could be a bit more private be we got over it and closed our eyes �� breakfast was the highlight of the day that was delicious � �. I loved it in New York and loved this hotel I will definitely be back �� #irish #loveNewYork
