Magnificent chocolates and a great place for a very civilised coffee break. Or a hot chocolate, of course. So many choices are available, even for the chocolate sprinkles on a cappuccino. And biscuits and cakes, all worth breaking your weight loss vows for. We've always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Today, we were early and were their first customers. Rhiannon and Sean served us with a level of friendly service and product knowledge that should be worthy of an award. Well done. We'll be back.

I would usually be writing a positive review due to excellent customer service. However, I was disappointed to be refused a hot chocolate today because of my mild nut allergy, even after I explained that I was aware of the small risk of cross-contamination with nuts and was more than willing to accept it. I’ve had the same drink before without issue. People with mild allergies eat and drink products that are made in a non nut-free environment all the time, based on how ill we might become.
