We bought 4 HotBoxes for our company and are not satisfied with the quality. After a year, all HotBoxes are unusable. We run a mushroom farm and the HotBoxes were in a constantly humid climate, which is what they are designed for according to the manufacturer. Customer service is good BUT: - Exchanges are only possible if you send in the boxes at your own expense, they will be inspected and possibly repaired. - Shipping will be charged again. So 4 boxes 240 Euro shipping. - It is not known whether the boxes can be repaired. ... read more
