I paid a deposit on 29th July, rang them to speak to a person to get reassurance all was fine for the date I'd booked. A woman answered a landline but sounded like she was outside. She said yes they were just checking all the deposits and would ring back. Rang for a third time 8 days later left again a message on answering machine today as still no call back. Very bad communication and they have my money.
Nick and Matt were really friendly and so pleased they got the hot tub out to me the same day. Highly recommend, give them a go
