Absolutely can’t recommend Hot Tub Hub enough Tim and Luke have been extremely helpful in making the best choice to suit our needs. We were invited for a private wet test with no pressure to buy. Delivery and setup was calm and faultless with Tim always on the end of the phone for advice in caring for our beautiful Hot Tub. I can’t thank them enough.
We spent many hours (months!) researching and visiting all local hot-tub companies around the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire area and Hot Tub Hub in Westcott were the least pushiest but yet most professional. The atmosphere upon walking in was clean and welcoming without the hard sales pitch, wasn’t tacky or ‘cheap’ and didn’t make us uncomfortable. Highly recommended Went to look at showroom at Westcote Buckinghamshire , email appointment only , sales rep Tim was very knowledgeable . NO pushy salesmanship which was really what we liked , Tim made us feel comfortable , very relaxed and friendly . We love our Hot Tub from Hot Tub Hub. The service of the company has been exceptional. They set up everything perfectly and they had so much patience in explaining us all about the use and how to care for our Hot Tub. They are also super in after care, as they come back to you straight away if you have any questions about your Hot Tub. Also they offer a maintenance plan, which we see as a massive help. All in all, they have a super warm and friendly team and we could not recommend them more.
I can’t speak highly enough of Hot Tub Hub, they have been fantastic from start to finish. Firstly, we did not feel that we were being ‘sold’ to by Tim, instead he was very knowledgeable and happy to help. The installation, electrics and building work required were all seamless and done to an exceptional standard. Aftercare has also been great, Tim is always on hand for any questions and help. I would recommend Hot Tub Hub to anybody.
