I went to hot pursuit for 6 x 10mm brake disc screws served by man who thought I was a mug having been given the screws then to pay and was charged £10 I paid and thought I had been ripped off and I went halfords and fount them £ 2.85 for the same. I am old but they should not take advantage of older person's and it has happened before with broken spokes and I am sure I didn't have a broken one before it went there.

I couldn't rate this team highly enough. Simon has done a fantastic job on my two bicycles, the team were helpful on the phone and it was all done in record time. Sourcing difficult parts. Taking off a very stuck part safely. Diagnosing and fixing a fault in the mechanics of a wheel that I imagine at least 4/5 bike shops would have just said you need a new wheel for.
