This restaurant demonstrates how fine dining should be done. The food was of the highest caliber and the service was excellent. It is difficult to find a restaurant in Birmingham has both great service and great food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to experience the best of what Birmingham has to offer for dining.
I have been to Hot & Hot on several occasions and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and professional and the food and drinks are phenomenal. It has a great atmosphere and is by far one of the best restaurants in Birmingham. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality night out!
Hot and Hot Fish Club is one of my favorite places to visit when I am coming to Birmingham for a night on the town. You arrive and the wonderful staff is so generous and willing to help you out. Every time that I come to Hot & Hot I have an amazing experience. Also the Wine and drink list is always amazing!
I LOVE this place! Being a transplant to Birmingham, this is my favorite place to bring family and friends when they visit. My go to is the Chicken Fried Steak, I seriously dream about it. If it's on the menu when you're here, GET IT! The service is always beyond knowledgeable and they will help you decide on what dish to order or what drink pairs well with your choice. If I could give more than 5 stars, i definitely would!
We came for dinner tonight with a reservation for 2. Our waiter was the horrendous. Upon being seated, we were tossed some menus and never greeted by our server. Once he finally arrived, we were rushed to order our entire meal while ordering a cocktail. Our appetizers were wrong, specials and menu were never presented and poor service. My wife and I drove down from Nashville for a Culinary weekend. Bought the cookbook, and thoroughly enjoy Duck and Scallops, cocktails , really superb. Also had light lunch today at Ovenbird , while at Pepper Place , also delicious !!
