I flipped my new zero turn and had a big gash in my head. I received fast, friendly, and professional help. Awesome nurses and doctors were very kind to my children and I was out of there in less than an hour. If I need to go to the emergency again, this will be the place I will choose. Well done Hospitality, well done!!!

This ER is the BEST in Longview! They did as many tests as it took to find out what was wrong with me. Very attentive and always made sure I had what I needed, even the person who drove me. Very clean and professional. Love this place. I forgot regional and gsmc even existed. For the past two years i have used this ER for my family👍🏻
They billed my healthcare provider over 8,000 dollars for treatment for flu. I sat in hallway, got an IV, xray on chest, left with scripts. Was that worth 8,000 dollars? No, next time I'll just quarantine and hope I live. My wife has no more HRA money for her health issues, because of greed of Hospitality ER.
Absolutely love this place. Staff is super sweet and very attentive! Hospitality definitely fits the title. 10/10 recommend.
The whole staff was top notch!!! Very efficient,quick,hospitable,informative and I will be back. They made me feel safe. It was my first visit.
Hospitality ER is the only place i go when i can't get into see my Dr. The staff is amazing and makes you feel like your important. I want to give a special thank you to Jenn my patient advocate. She always has a bright smiling face when she comes into the room. Jenn also makes sure your time in the ER is as comfortable as possible. I will always recommend Hospitality ER to everyone.
