RecommendedThe staff truely deliver on the name hospitality. Never experienced anything like this before. it was raining when I got out of the car to go inside: concierge met me at my car and walked me in with an umbrella. Staff gave me a throw to cover up with that I could keep. Massage therapist came and offered me a shoulder and neck massage. Staff brought me a chilled eye mask for headaches that I could keep, a box of candy and a homemade get well card. Went in with worst back pain in my life. Got right in and they took extremely good care of me and the pain is gone. 10+/10
This place is awesome! The staff are very friendly and the nurses and Doctors are very knowledgeable. I had a great experience and if I ever need to see a doctor again, I’ll be sure to come back here. They even offer complimentary blankets, drinks, snacks, and massages. This is probably the best ER I have ever seen when it comes to customer satisfaction!
I cannot say enough about this place. We have been here many times. Watched it grow and grow. We were some of first patients.(both husband and I) had to spend the night a few times for observation. Also had to be transferred out to hospital twice. yes we love the care and curtisy we are give. Everyone makes you feel that you're absolutely top priority. Even though it has grown and is still expanding, they have not grown out of their southern HOSPITALITY!

I have been to both of Longview’s ERs-CHRISTUS and LONGVIEW REGIONAL 5 times since December 18th. The 3 times I went to LRH, I was told they do not perform MRIs from the ER. I was given lidocaine shots and told to use the heating pad. I’ve been battling 3rd degree burns on my back since. A mistake made by LRH and now these burns may prevent me from having surgery this next week. During one of the trips to LRH, I was sent directly by my PA to be admitted.
