Recommendedone of the best experience I've had ever had being sick. I had one of the girls Mariah Hester hold my hand while they did they iv. as well as a sweet lady named Sherry Hester gave me the warmest blanket !! best place to go to get better! Jeremy and Murphy we so great taken care of me. I felt like I was at home and loved!! never wanna go no where else
My experience at HHER was absolutely amazing! From the nursing staff, Dr Archer, to Rachel with hospitality, my time there was perfect! Rachel kept me updated and provided a drink with pizza. Before I left she gave a sweet card with a cute snack box! Justin and Rhiannon were super nice and my whole overall experience was perfect! 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know!

These people and this facility should be a model for all healthcare everywhere in the US! Not only is the staff amazing in compassion and care, they are efficient and even send you off with a gift bag! (which I might add has organic and natural products! ) The follow up was fantastic as well! I'm so grateful for the care I received from Hospitality Health ER! Well done guys!! I wish there was one in Rockwall where I live!! 😍😍😍😍
2/3 visits have been horrible; the last one being tonight (1:00 AM) as we wait for my daughter to be “taken care” of. No doctor, one nurse. No care whatsoever. We are here at an hour where they are not busy with patients. We are extremely disappointed. This is ridiculous. The last time we were here. The nurse dropped sterile gauze on the dirty floor and then proceeded to place it on my son’s arm after IV removal.
Just spent 3 hours their today! The reason it was that long is because lots of people are sick and they know this is the right place to go. Super friendly, helpful, and kind. I have the flu and bronchitis, and they made sure I did not leave there until I get better. 2 IV bags, 2 steroid treatments, and a breathing treatment. This place and those people are awesome!

I went there last night feeling bad... I am not 100% but your staff was very caring and understanding, very professional made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there. I will recommend it to anyone. The massage was wonderful thank you😊
The hospitality is not just in the name. From the time you walk through the door till the time you were discharged and walking out. They give you the best service you were ever have from a hospital!!
