RecommendedI can’t Thank Hospitality and their staff enough! My two year old was running a fever for 5 days straight. His pediatrician wouldn’t give him any medicine and I was told to come back on Monday. The staff immediately went into action and fixed my baby right up! They were all so sweet! He even got a toy, popsicle, suckers and a box of snacks and juice. Thank you all so much!
if you are over 65, they do not take Medicare, So the one time I went, I still had to go to the ER. Maybe it's ok for ypunger pts, but not for us seniors!
I cannot day enough good about this facility here in Tyler. As a provider in the community I have always been impressed with the care they have given my patients and now my own family.
Everything. I went in today (4-24-2020) after running fever for about 10 hours and naturally suspected covid 19. They run all the tests necessary and brought me breakfast, coffee and juice while I waited on testing to be completed. Upon completion of tests etc.. they even gave me a hospitality bag to go with hand sanitizer, essential oils, spice mixes for cooking and a washable mask with filters. I don't know what your experience with E.R. s are but in 62 years I've never been treated as well not even at high end Motels in E... read more

The staff is amazing. During all the craziness and having to deal with patients in their vehicles they were very well organized and structured. They made us feel at ease and comfortable. They have all the patients and families Chick fil a, drinks and even gave our two boys Easter buckets. I can’t say enough about the staff.. god bless them during these troubling times
