RecommendedThe best ER . I highly recommend this ER. everything is in the spirit of excellent. From walking in to even leaving the building.
All I can say is this place was AMAZING. I’ve never been to an ER for myself, but I can promise it’s the only place I will go if ever needed again. The staff is incredibly attentive. My doctor was very friendly and calming. Explained everything that was happening and why. I was in the room before I completed paperwork. I am still shocked that this kind of service exists. (I’ve worked in healthcare all my working life.... and am still left speechless)
I'd been having some chest pain for several months and was told at a clinic it was probably pleurisy and that it should go away after a while. Well, it's been 2 months and it never went away, and since I had several friends rave about this ER, I decided to go there today. Hands down the best ER I've been, too. Lots of precautions taken due to Covid, like waiting in our car before being able to go in for treatment, but they came around to our car every half hour or so to see if we needed anything like water or snacks. I went in with kidney stones earlier this week. As soon as we pulled in we parked went in and didn’t have to wait hardly at all. I feel kinda bad because I was in so much pain I probably wasn’t being very pleasant but I tell you what... these guys are TOP NOTCH! They got my pain under control quick and They kept checking on us and making sure we were ok and even had Chick-fil-A delivered to us for lunch. I love this place and it truly lives up the their name “HOSPITALITY” I will not go to another ER from now on! YALL ROCK!
The medical staff that took care of us from the parking lot to Radiology and our nurse were all wonderful. There was a guy and a girl that was assigned to my daughter and I for customer relations and they were awesome! Truly we felt so pampered! My only complaint with our entire visit is that my daughter got her results back in four days and it took nine days to give me mine. The staff is kind, caring, and attentive. We were there for an emergency situation. They got us checked in a taken care of quickly. They were professional and yet personal. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received. I highly recommend them.

I took our daughter there and the experience was nothing short of amazing. I will not be going any where else. The staff their is awesome, anything you need they have it and all have the best attitude and want to help you and make you feel comfortable. This place is a Blessing to so many families!
Who wants to go to the ER - right? But if you must go, I highly recommend Hospitality ER in Longview! The staff (greeters, technicians, nurses and doctors) are attentive, caring, efficient, and will not stop until you are feeling better. Additionally, the facility is top notch.
