First, I want to say that the service I ended up receiving & the attention I got from each person I came in contact with was outstanding; and the concern for my health and clearly the health of others was of utmost concern. They were kind and personable , even for the drive through COVID testing. RecommendedWe’ve visited multiple times now for my husband. I can hardly believe how helpful, quick, accurate and friendly everyone is there. Even during this Covid virus. The doctor has called my husband at home to check on him. They’ve fed us, massaged my neck, and supplied coffee! Those seem small but they aren’t when you’re there for a whole day. We have never received a huge bill. I think in 5 visits we’ve had 2 reasonably small bills.
Simply outstanding in every way! Level of care* Doctors 5* Nursing Staff 5* Facility 5* Never disappointed in the care provided.
I have never had as good of an experience as I had Sunday at Hospitality Health ER. From the immediate attention we received when we drove up, to the continued care & consideration each & every one of the staff showed me. If you ever need an ER, this is the one. I give it 5 stars!!
PLEASE Understand I used to be a fan of the hospital, I got turned away because I couldn't pay, I was very ill. I'm not a fan now.

My mom had a scary accident at work today and we ended up at hospitality ER. The staff really made this visit memorable. Dr. Roman was extremely knowledgeable and professional. James was with us the whole way and made my mom laugh the whole time. Sherry was really the one to calm my mom the most. She was so nice and sweet. I'm so grateful to have a staff like this all working for my mom. I would do anything for her and I think they will too. ♡ TY

Went for covid test. Sat in triage in my car 2.5 hours. Then went into a tent to have my swab done, IV started, and got a B12 shot..... I passed out in the tent, then I started vomiting. Was wheeled inside to a makeshift room. I could hear everything the doctor discussed with people in the rooms either side of me. Doctor comes in and looks through paperwork says well I don’t have your mri results. Doc that’s because there wasn’t one done. So wait another hour for that.
