I would like to take a moment to say how incredible Adam in the service departments customer service is! Adam went out of his way to help out when we had a car stranded in Mason City. On a Friday morning he was able to get someone right out to have our vehicle brought in to get checked over and had us back on the road the very same day. Exceptional above and beyond service!!!! We had the privilege of working with Tony Berger at Hosmer and found him to be very helpful, kind and professional. Would definitely recommend him.
Went in on Nov. 14th, 2019 to purchase a new car. Spoke to Joe Starr(?) about what I was looking into buying. Told him what my budget was. Not once did he try to get me to expand my budget. Took the time to listen and to walk me thru the entire process while answering all of my questions. Will recommend others to go there.
Had a wonderful experience with Rick Brunsvold and Todd Utpadel. Usually buy from my local dealership in Cedar Falls but they made me feel very well taken care of and it was well worth the drive! This will definitely not be my last car with Hosmer Toyota. Thanks Rick!!
