Finally did it and bought my 3rd RAV4 today from Tony Berger. I was indecisive about gas vs hybrid and Tony took the time to explain the advantages to me. He answered all my other questions about the new safety features which my old one did not have. Thanks again Tony!

My car did that "funny noises" thing and after some disappointment at my local Toyota shop I brought my Rav4 up here. The serviceman was Very knowledgeable about my car found out what the problems were and got thinks working great sooner than I expected. Sadly I have another odd noise, (unrelated and many months later), but look forward to the quality service and respect to get my car back in shape again.

We just purchased our second Sienna from Hosmer. We live in Des Moines and Hosmer made the two hour drive in a blizzard worth the trip. Tony contacted me by phone in the morning after I inquired online and by afternoon we had a agreement. My husband and I spent a total of 15 mins in the dealership which is the way we want it! No haggling back and forth and hours wasted. We loved the service, quickness and friendliness of everyone!
