We have worked with Pat Sills for over 30 years!! He is GREAT!! He always listens--is so kind and is never pushy!! If he doesn't have what you are looking for he will take the time and watch and look for it!! He is the most honest car salesman we have ever met!! Just drove home my latest purchase from Hosmer Toyota a Rav 4. Traded in my Corrolla which I had also bought at Hosmer 6 years ago. Tony Berger assisted us both times and was very good a answering all our questions and insuring we were getting the best deal on the trade in of the Corrola. Took my car into Toyota service department needing my wheel bearings replaced I bought the wheel bearings myself and they got it all torn apart and told me my breaks chewed up my rotors as well and also told me that it wasn't aligned so they fixed everything put together only to find out the wheel bearings I got were bad. So they cut me a deal. After all that stress and running around I needed some relief. Now I got my car back and it sounds brand new. Extremely happy with the care and service at Hosmer Toyota.
I recently bought a Toyota Camry from Pat Sills, he is a very honest guy, took his time to find the right car for me, I recommend him to everyone. I like to take my car for the service there, Adam and the rest of the guys at the service are so nice, they do a great job. I am very happy with my car.
My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Hosmer Toyota and working with Pat Sills. Pat was patient when answering all of our questions and was genuinely invested in finding a car best fit for our family. I've dealt with Hosmer Toyota (formerly Lyons Toyota) for at least my last six vehicles...Of those six, PAT SILLS has been my sales-go-to-guy, and I wouldn't consider buying a car if PAT SILLS was not available on any day that I happen to go into the business. I recently took my 2014 Highlander in for the 30,000 scheduled maintenance. Walked out with a charge of almost $600. Every fluid possible was flushed and replaced (or so they say). Nothing that I have had done on a vehicle for general maintenance and not a required maintenance. Please be careful when you take your vehicle to this service department. Get all details and pay close attention to their "estimate". I did not! I will do no further business with Hosmer Toyota!
