We bought from Horton and Senate recently. We were assisted by Jennifer who was really helpful and always quick in her response. Anything we asked of her, she did it without question. When things were getting a bit stressful towards the end, she always kept us updated and was happy to liaise with different parties for us to try and get things moving - even our own buyers solicitors! I sent an enquiry over the weekend via Rightmove for a property on Yardley Wood Road and received no response. Nearly a week later, I called to follow up, only to be told the property already had an offer. It would’ve been courteous to at least reply and let me know. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this agent.
