The experience was awful... that bad i handed the brand new Cupra back after 5 months .. only decent thing about that experience was the initial start process with the dealer
A brilliant service from the moment I walked in staff where polite and friendly the health check video kept me up to date with maintaining my vehicle and I was kept up to date with everything that was going on regarding my service. Would 100% recommend using hortons again
