I had a brilliant first experience of Seat Lincoln this morning. They were helpful, professional, warm, friendly, well organised and they did a free clean & hoover as a new customer. After experiencing the worst car purchase of my 44 years with a Seat dealer in another county, I was apprehensive about going there today but there was no need. I will be happily using them again for future work.
Ordered a car through Jack ok Motobility. He worked really hard to get me a great deal and was a genuinely lovely guy. He worked hard and found me great solutions to any snags that came up and just all together great service!
Had a helpful call with Luke 10/06, and met with Gavin 11/06. Both really nice guys and offered quality advice. No sales tactics or anything, just doing what's right for me as a customer of Seat. That's how you keep customers, and when I get my next car I'll be back to this dealership specifically because of the customer service I got.
I can't thank Gregg and Gavin enough for their friendly and helpful service they gave my mum when purchasing her new car. From start to finish 5 star service and my mum is over the moon with her new car. Thank you
