Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this agency based on our recent experience. We submitted an offer on a property over a week ago and were quickly drawn into a bidding war. Throughout this time, we responded promptly and professionally, providing all requested documentation, including our passports, proof of address, and mortgage in principle.
