Excellent treatment from Becky - great explanation of why I was to do certain exercises and how the muscles etc work so it made sense to me why I was doing them . Really fantastic improvement . Highly recommend
My mother saw Claire Wright She was excellent Explained the reasons for the correct exercises and how to increase range and intensity Check the right technique and then reinforced the important of the correct controlled movements Was reassuring , great explanation and printed off exercises sheets
I came to Claire following an arm fracture. Her assessment and treatment gave me confidence and helped me back to a functioning right arm. I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, skill and professionalism, plus the user friendly App which kept me right in between sessions!
