Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. rates are VERY reasonable! Had a minor billing issue (double billed) and the front desk host (Fern) was combative and hostile right off the bat and it continue throughout the entire interaction. As a result of that unfortunate interaction I can not recommend this hotel--even though up until that point I was VERY satisfied. I hope they find an alternative position for her but it is clear she should not be working in customer service.
So for 23 years, My hubby and I have stayed at this Days Inn. After this visit ... Never again. We reserved a Kong room with a cot for our 11 year old daughter to sleep on. As we left to go to a family wedding, we asked the manager at the front desk to ensure the cot was in the room for our return tonight. She said the room was not large enough for a cot, but we could rent a second room for our 11 year old to sleep in. Say WHAT?
