I loved that you asked me my opinion. Well where do I start..... We had BED BUGS, MOIST CARPET, something black growing on the bathroom walls probably MOLD! We reserved a non smoking room in April, and we received a SMOKING - PET FRIENDLY ROOM in May. The room smelled like Winston-Salem cigarettes non filtered, coupled with a pack of wet wild dogs. My clothes from the trip are actually in the trash. So..... no we wont be returning to this "motel" EVER!
Women at the desk lied to us wheb we asked about history with hotel we seen online. Asked for clean towels after there was dirty ones in our room when we checked in.. The staff were rude and overall would not recommend this place.. The commendation service was terrible..
Clean hotel rooms and very courteous front desk attendant. (Ryan I think ) He went out of his way to help us out with soap and shampoo. Will be back.
Very personable, understanding and accommodating to your needs. Clean spacious lobby with more than adequate complementary breakfast. Unlike past hotels I've stayed when I left something in my room it was brought to the front desk and tagged with my room number. I'm a thousand miles away and they are willing to ship my phone charger to me. I have to say thank you very much for your understanding, honest, sympathetic care in this matter. Gratitude goes along way. Thanks again!!!
The lobby was beautiful. Great breakfast. Dog friendly. Recommend bringing your own pillow. I would stay there again.
Our room was real nice. They had a fridge and a microwave. The bed was comfortable to sleep on and they also have free breakfast and pet friendly
It's dirty. The whole room is dusty. The carpet is dirty and has a lot of stains. The fan in the bathroom barely works. I'm not sure if the � is clean. The sink had hair in it. Granted this is the smoking room. It doesn't stink but it was just needed some work. The clerk was weird when I checked in and spoke very softly. I'm not attracted to the dining area. Smh. I guess you get what you paid for. Not really. The room could've been cheaper especially with the construction.
Walked in the hotel to find them doing major renovations in the lobby area. So much so that the my probably shouldn't even be open to the public. Reserved a queen size bed room but when checking in was told they only have full size available. Had to change rooms since the toilet in the first room wouldn't flush. Wifi connection is terrible. I have nothing good to say...
