Went with my family of four and could not get extra towels. Was told I have to wait until housekeeping comes. I don’t understand, I paid you up front and did not receive the simplest item that a hotel is supposed to supply. I called days inn corporate and nobody ever called me back, instead I was sent an email and was offered 3000 reward points. I think not. I did not choose this place, a relative did. My advice is pay the extra money and go somewhere else. ��
We were not given enough towels. We asked for extras and were only limited to two per room. No matter what or why we needed them, they would not give us extra towels. The second day, we weren’t left any towels AT ALL after housekeeping came. When I asked for some, we were only given two. We were in a double room with four people. Front desk could be more personable and accommodating. We had to call corporate while there in hopes we could get some more towels. Will not stay again.
People in room 409 on Friday March 30th into the morning of Saturday March 31st had their tv blasting. I called reception and she said she would call the room and ask them to turn it down. And an hour later, the tv is still full volume.
They were rude and uncompassionate of my situation. They had no hot water.
CONTACT ME AND I'LL SEND YOU A VIDEO! I can't pay a photo OR a video! We came here last week for work and we stayed in an "old" room. This week we were asked if we wanted a newly "renovated" room. Sure! When we got into our room very late and unpacked we noticed something strange about the room. My bed had cigarette burns, and the room and hallways smell like cigarette smoke.
Made a reservation and paid in advance for a king bed room. Got the reservation number and all was good. Arrived Friday night and the agent said the reservation had been cancelled, what?? We didn't. Received and email at 6:30 while we were driving saying the reservation was cancelled. Seems to me they wanted the room for someone else and since we had not arrived yet they gave it away.
