Absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Extremely rude staff- including management! If you plan to stay here do not expect to receive any customer service!!!! We stayed on the 4th floor in a king size bed. After a few days both my back and my husbands back were completely destroyed. I'm 25 and my hips felt like they were broken. When we finally decided to check under the bed they had 2 small box springs with a foot and a half separation in between them where the mattress sunk in.
