I had bed bugs in my room and the manager of the hotel never came to discuss the matter with me and also I filed a complaint and left several messages and never received a call back. very unprofessional and unsanitary
My best friend and I just had the worst experience ever with check in and I’m not even sure where to begin. I check into the hotel around 6:45-7 and was met by Nancy who at the time was the only desk attendant there. She asked for the typical credit card and drivers license and then checked us in. Here Sat Oct 20 and Sun 21st, so pleased with the clean spacious non smoking room, and the friendly staff, checking in was fast! I will be back!
BED BUGS!! THEY HAVE BED BUGS!! THE MAN AT THE FRONT DESK CONTINUES TO REFUSE TO LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER. INBOX ME AND I WILL SEND YOU PHOTOS AND VIDEOS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO AVOID THE ISSUE. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO HANDLE THIS ISSUE OR IM SENDING FOOTAGE TO THE NEWS IN PA AND SEVERAL OTHER NATIONAL NEWS STATIONS & PAPERS. I WILL BE CALLING THE CDC IF YOU WANT TO PRETEND BED BUGS DO NOT EXIST IN YOUR HOTEL
I loved my room and the housekeeping was excellent but when I checked in the young lady had a major attitude problem ~ I just overlooked it because I wasn't about to let her ruin my stay.. I would use this hotel again
Stayed here for two nights got home yesterday. I had booked through Wyndham rewards and specifically stated I have a breathing condition so non smoking room. Idk if the room has been smoked in or not because the smell of mildew was too strong to notice. Even the guest with me couldn't stand the odor. Not nearly enough towels bedding was inadequate. Staff has major attitude when presented with a problem. We were given the wrong type of room to start with and the problems escalated from there.
I checked in with my daughter one of the beds was unmade and dirty,while I was waiting for new sheets that they expected me to change.we noticed a bedbug coming down the wall.whem I looked closer I noticed a bunch of bugs.we checked out immediatly.cause of graduations all the area motels were booked.we slept in the car cause the room was to discusting
