I saw Katherine to help me manage my long-standing fear of flying that had become increasingly difficult to live with. I saw her for 3 sessions and am really pleased to report that following them I felt able to relax throughout the flight and had none of the usual intrusive thoughts about flying. I would definitely recommend her.
