The Surgery is not fit for purpose. People are persevering for the rewards. Not because they have any care for the Patients. The people involved in keeping it open should now be serving jail sentence.
The worst place. Do not go here. On multiple occasions they have misdiagnosed my conditions and gave the wrong meds. I had a problem recently that ended up with me in a hospital. Guess what 2 different GPs in this place said. Wait and see. You people should be ashamed. Staff is rude over the phone and the GPs are just there for a paycheck. Appointments are so hard to get too.
Can never get an appointment with an actual GP rather than an allied health professional who googles in front of you to see what you have, I can do that for free. Also diabetic care appalling you should be able to have a blood test every 3 months rather than once a year. Other surgeries provide them. Very bad you can't actually see a GP.ķ
Very very disappointed with the appointment system. Despite holding on forever on the phone I never managed to get an appointment! Why oh why can you not get an appointment booked in for a future date! It’s not possible or realistic to phone on the day in the hope an appointment is available. I feel so let down by this surgery.
