Again after another year wait in a year I have had 3 pieces off paper with anxiety information on it and a phone call that was supposed to happen two weeks later but never happened we don't ask for help from these people because we fancy a chat we ask because we are not to well my hospital report said please help with anxiety they have just eggnord me thanks for nothing
Ok, this isn't a choice place to go to, we go here when we are sick. The whole thing is obviously not comparable to say a pizza shop so when I'm reviewing this it's from that perspective of a lack of choice too. Sometimes I'd have chosen these guys, other times not. Horninglow Clinic has it's ups and downs, but if you stay in contact and work with them. these guys are good. Don't stay in contact and you're probably off the list . Awful place keep moving people to different plans don't tell you anything but wait if you ring hub they say they tell you they will e mail them and still you get no answers even on one waiting list or another for 17 months that's without waiting time for first appointment just one waiting list after another administration staff just laugh when you ask or if your really lucky you get a mhn that says it's embarrassing because she doesn't no why the appointment was ever made it's poor to say the least
If you get put under horninglow clinic, my advice is to run. They like playing God with people's mental health. The receptionists have an attitude problem and the phychatrists/doctors degrees are not worth the paper they are written on. They mess a prescription up it's either your fault or the pharmacy fault (FYI it transpires the doctor said prescription "actioned" and never was and they have now gone on holiday) if I could give 0 star's I would. 5th time this has been an issue
