Horrible customer service. Quality of work is not acceptable even when it is called to their attention.
Got my 23.95 car wash plus tip. When I got home to put my stuff back in the car, the back wasn't vacuumed. I then spent the next hour cleaning and vacuuming what they missed. Should have just gone back so they could finish what I paid for. Disappointing.
They did exactly what they said I was paying for & less than the local competition. Very respectful when I clarified what I wanted and understood when I explained my bad experience at their competition. I feel they took extra care. Excellent job, guys! I will definetly be back!
Worst car wash and detail ever! $81 and my car is still dirty inside and out! Better inspect your car before driving off.
